    For our full-time employees, we offer the best occupational health care on the market and extensive accident insurance, which is also valid during free time.

    Fulltime employees are entitled to a 400€ annual SmartumPlus benfit, which can be used for a variety services in sports, culture, massage, health and commuting.

  • Dental care benefit

    Our full-time employes enjoy a 300€ annual dental care benefit to Oral Dentists.

  • Five day vacation week

    According to the collective agreement, 6 vacation days should be used for a full vacation week, but at Mafy it only takes 5. This allows our employees to enjoy an extra week of vacation per year.
